Schwin Custom Construction is owned and operated by us, Mike and Kathy Schwin.
Mike Schwin has been involved in the building trades for many years with his father.
Mike began on his own building storage sheds and buildings, so it was a natural 
transition when we decided to build our own home.

Upon completion of our personal residence, we  were asked to build a custom 
home for a couple  in the area...and Schwin Custom Construction was born. It is
